Signature Remodeling updated our master bedroom, bath, and closet. They installed flooring and recessed lighting throughout, built new cabinets with granite countertops, removed a bathtub and installed a makeup vanity area, installed a barn door, and added many small modernizations to the areas. We were very please with the quality of the work. Mike was exceptionally easy to deal with and had many great ideas. Mike and his team did a great job installing a new sink in our kitchen, which included installing a new piece of granite and redoing the plumbing. His granite supplier did a great job of matching the existing granite and installing the new piece. After all the work was complete, Mike had our house cleaned from top to bottom and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the job. We are very happy with the look of our new sink and would hire Signature Remodeling again for future projects.

Mike Tarango and crew did a remodel on our home in Grassland in March 2018. They did an absolutely fantastic job. More importantly he completed the project in the time frame he quoted us. Like all remodeling projects we went into it with a certain budget expectation, but quickly went over it. Mike identified issues along the way that needed to be repaired and was able to quickly address them, but he also made several aesthetic recommendations that we chose to add. Mike has a list of subcontractors to handle just about anything that needs to be done and has one of best tile layers i’ve ever seen. In a place like Midland finding reliable contractors can often be a challenge, if you’re looking for top notch craftsmanship I highly recommend you give Signature Repair & Remodel a try, you’ll get what you pay for. When our house went on the market in 2019 it sold in 24 hours and we were more than able to recoup our investment, so it was money well spent.
